5+ years of experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment, with a focus on molding processes, Demonstrated expertise in molding process development, optimization, and troubleshooting, Proven ability to implement and manage effective process control systems, track record of leading and contributing to successful process improvements, Excellent technical knowledge of materials science, polymer processing, and manufacturing principles, Proficiency in data analysis and statistical tools for process evaluation, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, Or equivalent combination of education, certifications and experience
Nice to Have
Bachelor's/Associates degree in Engineering and/or RJG certifications
What You'll Do.
optimize and enhance molding processes
improve process efficiency
ensure robust process control
drive continuous improvement initiatives
and optimize molding processes to achieve desired product quality
and efficiency targets
Design and execute experiments for process characterization
Establish and maintain robust process control systems
including statistical process control (SPC) and other monitoring techniques
Lead and participate in process improvement projects
utilizing methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma
Conduct root cause analysis for process deviations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions
Provide technical expertise and support to production teams
including training and troubleshooting
and Manufacturing teams to facilitate new product introductions and process transfers
Document process specifications
and technical reports
Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging technologies in molding processes
