What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in manufacturing or production development, Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or equivalent, Mastery in owning manufacturing processes and accountability for quality, throughput, yield, and success, Advanced proficiency using statistical methods for process development decisions, High level of proficiency on SQL data query, Extensive experience leading multidisciplinary projects, Mentoring engineering teams in process improvement and industrial best practices, Deep technical expertise in creating DFMEAs and PFMEAs, Implementing robust controls for system-wide risk mitigation
Nice to Have
Experience with JMP or Minitab or equivalent
