Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or Manufacturing Engineering, 2 -4 years in assembly/process engineering, Experience with PFMEA, Control Plans, and process validation, Background in post-launch process improvement, Hands-on experience with electromechanical systems, Experience with BOM management and SOP development, Experience with generators, compressors, or hybrid/energy systems, Ability to read electrical & mechanical drawings, Experience working with Industrial Engineering teams

ANA is growing and scaling and we are seeking a Process Engineer IIin an onsite position in Henderson, Nevada. As a Process Engineer II, you will be responsible for developing, launching, and continuously improving assembly processes for generators, hybrid power systems, and compressors. Strong focus on post-launch optimization, BOM/SOP improvement, and collaboration with Industrial Engineering. The position is fully onsite, and the work schedule is weekdays from 8:00 AM-5:00 PM. ## Role & Responsibilities Develop and launch assembly processes, workflows, and line layouts Define standard work, cycle times, and assembly sequencing Lead process validation activities, including PFMEA and Control Plans Drive post-launch process improvements (cycle time, yield, downtime, throughput) Drive and Collaborate with Industrial Engineering on: Line balancing & labor optimization Ergonomics and workstation design Continuou
