Must Have
BSc/MSc in Chemical Engineering or related discipline, 2–5+ years of experience in process engineering, manufacturing technology, or reliability, analytical skills and ability to solve complex process problems, Hands-on mindset and ability to work effectively with operators, maintenance, and engineers
Nice to Have
Experience in elastomers, monomers, reliability, or data analytics, Experience running plant trials and supporting capital projects, Familiarity with continuous improvement, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologies, communication and stakeholder-alignment skills, Fluent in Dutch is a plus (willingness to learn is sufficient)

Chemours is seeking a **Process Engineer** to join our FluoroElastomers Manufacturing Technology team. This position is based at our Dordrecht Site and will report directly to the Manufacturing Technology Area Manager. **Job Summary** As a Process Engineer in our FluoroElastomers unit, you are the technical heartbeat of daily operations. You ensure safe, reliable, and efficient production while delivering improvements in quality, uptime, and cost.
