Must Have
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, or related field) or relevant work experience, Experience in manufacturing environments and process engineering, Hands-on exposure to ERP systems (preferably Cantor or similar), Understanding of CIM systems, shop floor data collection, and automation, analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills, Experience with routings, and production workflows, Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities
Nice to Have
Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement principles
What You'll Do.
Support ERP implementation
Translate manufacturing processes into ERP requirements
Assist in system testing
Analyze production processes
Integrate ERP with manufacturing
Support CIM terminal integration
Ensure real-time data capture
Ensure data integrity and accuracy
Develop and maintain documentation
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate with cross-functional teams; Liaise with IT, operations, production, quality, and supply chain teams; Work closely with operators and supervisors
