Must Have
degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM), at least 2 years of related experience, US Citizenship is required, Technical proficiency in complex manufacturing operations, Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), experience using Minitab or other statistical software
Nice to Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing experience, ideally in gas turbine Assembly & Test, Training and experience in LEAN, Continuous Improvement, CORE, or Six Sigma, Experience with SAP ERP, Solumina MES, or similar manufacturing work instruction systems

This role focuses on creating and maintaining work instructions, providing assembly-floor support, and executing projects aligned with business objectives. The Process Engineer will also apply strong business acumen to drive Lean manufacturing practices, support CORE (Customer Oriented Results and Excellence) initiatives, and continuously improve development processes. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and maintain development work instructions, while building and refining process engineering proficiency. * Collaborate with various Engineering disciplines to understand, plan, and execute development build requirements. * Support commercial and military engine builds
