Join our manufacturing team as a Process Engineer, where you will play a key role in shaping efficient, high-quality production systems that deliver real value to our customers. **This is an exciting opportunity for both experienced professionals and early-career engineers to grow, contribute, and make a visible impact in a collaborative factory environment.** **What You’ll Do** As a Process Engineer, you will work at the heart of our production operations, partnering closely with frontline teams to improve performance, solve problems, and build sustainable processes. You will: * Identify and eliminate production losses, inefficiencies, and waste * Improve safety, quality, productivity, and delivery performance * Lead structured problem-solving activities to find root causes and implement lasting solutions * Develop and maintain clear technical standards that ensure stable and reliable operations * Coach and train production teams, helping them build capability and confidence * Share successful practices across different production lines to scale improvements * Use data insights to guide decisions and track performance improvements **Your work will directly with and contribute to:** * Safer and more efficient working environments * Consistent, high-quality products for our customers * Reduced operational costs and waste * Stronger, more empowered production teams In short, you will help build a manufacturing operation that continuously improves and adapts to future challenges.
