Broad Function and Purpose of Position: To ensure Twin Screw production efficiency through process design and development, and direct production support. Specific Responsibilities (including but not limited to): * Interact with the Quality and Tooling groups to resolve defects and mold issues. * Develop, coordinate, and implement projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap. * Develop, design, and setup, processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment. * Troubleshoot, processes and system issues. Train lead people, setup people, and supervisors on systems. * Interact with the Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot, systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems. * Develop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate. * Monitor and audit injection molding systems for any non-conformances with the process. * Lead Production Floor Team/Assign Responsibilities/Track Performance. ## Qualifications * Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related field and/or 5+ years of experience * Years Experience: 3-5 years processing and automation experience. * Strong SPC orientation.
