Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, mechanical engineering, or industrial engineering, Minimum of 5 years' experience in manufacturing, Minimum of 5 years' experience in process optimization, Understanding of statistical process control, Understanding of statistics, Understanding of customer integration, Leadership skills to drive projects, Leadership skills to drive process teams, Customer base and quality focus, Data driven, Effective communication skills, Capable of interfacing with cross-functional departments, Ability to work in a team environment, Focus on the shop floor, Hands-on commitment, Practical knowledge and experience with creating SOPs, Practical knowledge and experience with PFMEAs, Practical knowledge and experience with Control Plans, Practical knowledge and experience with Process Flow Diagrams, Understanding of automated control systems, Understanding of P&IDs, Highly proficient in MS Excel, Highly proficient in MS Word, Highly proficient in MS PowerPoint, Highly proficient in MS Visio, Highly proficient in MS Project, Computer skills a must
