This individual will evaluate, troubleshoot, and conduct process control and improvement activities on a daily basis and through long-term projects. **Requirements:** * B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Materials, Mechanical, Glass Science, Ceramic, or Metallurgical Engineering) from an ABET accredited institution * Minimum of 1 year of experience in a complex manufacturing process or an internship experience in a complex manufacturing environment * Ability to understand complex process flow and machinery * Desire to become a subject matter expert in the assigned process area * Ability to multi-task * Ability to prioritize tasks to make progress on short term and long term initiatives * Exhibit engagement, involvement and curiosity about other departments or process areas outside of immediate assigned area * Ability to influence people or departments outside of direct process area * Comfortable working in multidi
