We’re committed to making a positive impact on the world, providing you with diverse learning and working opportunities, and fostering a culture where everyone’s empowered to be their best. ## The Process Engineer will work closely with the Operations and Engineering Teams to drive injection molding and supporting automation process improvements through data-based decision making. The Process Engineer will lead trials and other continuous improvement initiatives to improve items such as throughput, quality, and building robust processes for in-line automation. The Process Engineer will be a key member of the Operations Team with reporting to the Director of Operations. ## **ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS** * Optimize production processes to deliver cost savings, improve quality, and support new product introduction. * Lead equipment / process improvement projects utilizing sound project management techniques and see projects through to completion. * Use of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma principles to analyze problems associated with technical issues and provide effective solutions. * Execute and achieve process improvement objectives on schedule in a team environment. Support business plan objectives to increase productivity, reduce scrap and excess usage, improve quality, and enhance safety. * Identify and prioritize process improvement opportunities throughout the manufacturing facility. * Running of injection molding lines to drive process improvements with support from Operations and Engineering where needed. * The use of data and statistics to make decisions. * Collaboration with Quality and Engineering on customer concerns. * Troubleshooting of injection molding processes when an issue arises, with working towards a root cause and elimination. * Participation in
