Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline, Minimum 3 years of experience in process engineering, At least 1 year of leadership experience within a manufacturing environment, analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset, Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, Excellent communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels, Highly detail-oriented, results-driven, and able to work independently, Willingness and ability to travel up to 20%, ability to work in both office and manufacturing frequent standing, walking, and computer occasional lifting up to 50 lbs with assistance and climbing ladders up to 10 constant visual and auditory attention required in production areas

What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain PFMEAs and lead cross-functional reviews to proactively reduce quality risks and cost of poor quality.
Support new product launches and process introductions
ensuring successful LV1 readiness and seamless implementation of standards.
Lead capacity studies
and process flow improvements in collaboration with Industrial Engineering and Packaging teams.
Drive Engineering Change Notice (ECN) execution
and trial activities while ensuring compliance
and budget adherence.
Remove operational roadblocks and escalate critical risks or issues to engineering leadership as needed.
