The Process Engineer supports daily production while owning process performance and equipment reliability across wire and cable manufacturing. Partnering with Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations, this role drives improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost. Responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing cost-effective manufacturing processes, the Process Engineer ensures product performance and operational efficiency.
