Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Production, Mechanical, or related field), Proven experience in warehouse, distribution center, or fulfillment operations, experience with process implementation and operational stabilization, Hands-on experience with Lean tools and continuous improvement methodologies, analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in RCA and data-driven decision making, Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities, communication skills and ability to train and influence operational teams
Nice to Have
Experience in high-growth or high-volume environments, Experience with server operations, electronics, or technical fulfillment environments, Knowledge of automation, material handling systems, or layout optimization, Experience supporting ramp-ups or new site/process implementations, Experience with systems (WMS, ERP, etc. )
