If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Process Engineer** located at our **Sheldahl** site in **Northfield, Minnesota.** Reporting to the **Process Engineering Manager,** the **Process Engineer** is responsible for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements to support a manufacturing organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Use engineering skills to solve complex problems that leads to improved yield for existing manufacturing processes in our adhesive coating and lamination process. * Interact with production operators and utilize their feedback with the goal of implementing process improvements * Use statistical analysis tools to make data-driven decisions when working on product quality improvement projects. * Previous position supporting 24/5 production manufacturing * Work closely with the product engineering team to introduce new products to manufacturing that involve a diverse mix of materials and process steps. * Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production. * Develop and maintain process documentation. * Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required. * Lead cost improvement/reduction programs. * Develop and ma1intain process documentation. * Review processing methods. * Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer. * Ass
