Reporting to the **Process Engineering Manager** , the **Process Engineer** role involves… **What a typical day looks like:** * 编制与优化装配工艺文件、作业指导书、检验标准，推进装配标准化、良率、效率提升 * 处理装配过程中的异常问题，如拧紧报警，AOI一次通过率不合格； * 处理客户Bom和厂内Bom转换并系统发行；客户ECO工程变更评审； * 完成质量日报和项目周报； **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * 全日制大专及以上学历 * 3年以上组装工艺工程师工作经验 * 组装制程工艺工程师，不需要NPI新产品导入工程师（工作年限5年以上，有部分新产品导入的可以接受） * 熟悉螺丝机，AOI/CCD，选焊，倍速链等自动化设备； * 熟悉拧紧曲线，光学检测优化，IPC610，选焊工艺优化；激光清洗和激光焊非必须，有经验者优先； * 技能：能够熟练使用3D软件，不要求3D编辑功能；基础数据分析，Mini-tab 熟练使用；有独立攥写8D报告中D4-D7的能力；会编写PFMEA； * 必须能配合工作需要，随时积极响应工作需求； **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Social insurance * Life Insurance * PTO ## ## Job Category Production Engineering Required Skills: Optional Skills: Flex is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
