What They're Looking For.
Must Have
B. S. in Mechanical/Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in related field, Minimum 2 years of experience working in a medical manufacturing or other highly regulated manufacturing environment, Industrial/Manufacturing Engineering experience working in high-volume assembly processes
What You'll Do.

Define and implement manufacturing systems appropriate for customer applications
Support manufacturing KPIs such as OEE
Establish and improve robust
and reproducible process parameters
Capability to independently or together with other engineering stakeholders identify root causes of failures in the manufacturing process
Advanced troubleshooting of complex mechanical issues with high speed automated manufacturing equipment
Provide equipment maintenance and repair support as required
Understanding the manufacturing process
Support creation and implmenetation of engineering change orders (ECOs)
and take ownership of process control methodologies
Participate in activities pertaining to cycle time and process improvements
Implement statistical process analysis on new and existing products
Develop and maintain process documentation
Assist in the development of training and provide training to production personnel
and evaluate proposed design updates and processes
and improve manufacturing methods
Create work instructions and coordinate training for facilities and production personnel
Coordinate/participate in pFMEA of manufacturing processes
Apply statistical methods to estimate future manufacturing requirements and potential
