Must Have

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field, 3 years of experience in high-regulated environment (Medical, Automotive, Aerospace) within a high-volume manufacturing environment

Nice to Have

Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Chemical Engineering preferred, Lean and Six Sigma knowledge (cycle time, continuous improvement, DMIAC method) or eagerness to earn certification through on-site training, Experience with screen printing, photo exposing, circuit etching, plating, or other processing, Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Inventor, & Microsoft Access is a plus, Experience with PLC troubleshooting is a plus
