What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field, minimum 2 years of experience in process engineering in the high technology electronics industry or related area, Knowledge in SMT / Wave / Soldering / Assembly, Experience in NPI activities like develop process flow, tooling/fixture design, reflow and wave profile setup and highlight DFM to RD for enhancement, Experience in root cause analysis
Nice to Have
Experienced in the fabrication of tools and fixtures, particularly for complex product assemblies such as power module will be advantages

If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a _**Process Engineer**_**** located in _**Prai, Penang**_**.** In charge for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to hold up a manufacturing organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Support backend process development and drive continuous improvement initiatives. * Set up process controls, monitor equipment performance, and troubleshoot backend processes to ensure optimal operation. * Perform regular data collection, yield analysis, and prepare reports on process performance and key metrics. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions to resolve process-related issues. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Customers, R&D, Production, Quality, and Maintenance to ensure process alignment and product quality. * Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and environmental regulations and standards. * Experienced in executing experiments, supporting New Product Introduction (NPI), conducting process trials, and managing production runs. * Strong in analytical tools such as PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and developing robust control plans. * Experienced in the fabrication of tools and fixtures, particularly for complex product assemblies such as power module will be advantages. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical
