If you are excited about a role but don't meet every bullet point, we encourage you to apply and join us to create the extraordinary. ## Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a **Process Engineer** located in **Guadalajara, North Campus.** Reporting to the **Director, Operations Engineering,** the **Process Engineer** role involves responsibilities for process-engineering capabilities focused on cost, quality and delivery improvements in order to support a PCBA manufacturing organization. **What a typical day looks like:** * Understand the manufacturing SMT & Wave solder processes. * Implement and evaluate proposed designs and processes for manufacturability. * Prepare justification, purchase and implement capital equipment for production. * Develop, implement and take ownership of process control methodologies * Hold up the raising and introduction of engineering change orders (ECOs). * Interface with production of all activities associated with new process implementation and transfer. **Experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * BA/BS or equivalent work experience. * Strong Knowledge in NPI & Mass Production. * Strong experience in SMT process. * Knowledge in Fixture Designs. * Advanced English. * Process Development. * Green Belt o Black Belt certification is also a plus. * Team Management. **What you’ll receive for the great work you provide:** * Competitive Salary. * Life & Medical insurance. * Christmas Bonus. * Food Coupons. * Saving Fund.
