Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, Process Engineer role involves responsible for developing, optimizing and controlling electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, PTH, Integration, Polymers), ensuring process stability, product quality and operational efficiency. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop, validate, and maintain SMT, PTH, Integration, and Polymer processes. * Lead improvement projects focused on Yield, Defects, Scrap, DPMO, and OEE. * Analyze process and quality data (SPC, failure trends, Pareto). * Implement and update PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions. * Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure resolution. * Actively participate in NPI, Transfers, and Ramp-ups. Coordinate pilot runs, basic DOE, and process validations. * Optimize reflow profiles and wave/selective soldering. * Work with suppliers on materials, stencils, pallets, and fixtures. * Ensure compliance with ESD, IPC, and Safety standards. **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering in electronics, mechatronics or related. * Solid experience in SMT: Pick & Place, paste printing, SPI and AOI inspection. * Soldering: Reflow, Wave, Selective Soldering. * Electronic Assembly: Box Build, wiring, torquing. * Polymeric Welding: Underfill, Stacking, Conformal Welding. * I
