Reporting to the Director, Operations Engineering, Process Engineer role involves responsible for developing, optimizing and controlling electronic manufacturing processes (SMT, PTH, Integration, Polymers), ensuring process stability, product quality and operational efficiency. **What a typical day looks like:** * Develop, validate, and maintain SMT, PTH, Integration, and Polymer processes. * Lead improvement projects focused on Yield, Defects, Scrap, DPMO, and OEE. * Analyze process and quality data (SPC, failure trends, Pareto). * Implement and update PFMEA, Control Plans, and Work Instructions. * Provide advanced technical support to production for process failure resolution. * Actively participate in NPI, Transfers, and Ramp-ups.
