Provide day-to-day technical process engineering support to manufacturing operations
Troubleshoot process issues and deliver the implementation of corrective actions
Development and maintenance of process flow diagrams (PFDs)
mass and energy balances
and safe operating envelopes
Ownership of process design basis and documentation control
Support and participate in root cause investigations utilising data-driven process performance analysis for effective action close-out
Participate in Process Hazard Assessments (PHA) as Process Engineering SME
Ensure compliance with DSEAR
and relevant safety legislation
Actively support and comply with the site Management of Change (MoC) process
Lead and support the site’s CapEx projects in accordance with the Project Execution Plan
Ensure projects are delivered safely
Manage technical interactions with suppliers
and equipment vendors
Development and delivery of technical training for operators and engineers
Lifecycle asset support including commissioning and reliability input
