Full Job Description

Since its spin-off in September 2025 AUMOVIO continues the business of the former Continental group sector Automotive as an independent company. The technology and electronics company offers a wide-ranging portfolio that makes mobility safe, exciting, connected, and autonomous. This includes sensor solutions, displays, braking and comfort systems as well as comprehensive expertise in software, architecture platforms, and assistance systems for software-defined vehicles. In the fiscal year 2024 the business areas, which now belong to AUMOVIO, generated sales of 19.6 billion Euro. The company is headquartered in Frankfurt, Germany and has about 87.000 employees in more than 100 locations worldwide. * Responsible for process development. * Contact with suppliers for the acquisition of new equipment. * Conduct capability studies for processes such as screwing, heat staking, riveting, press machines, milling, etc. * Update and upgrade existing equipment. * Perform data analysis and define actions to improve capacity, reduce downtime, and enhance equipment digitalization. * Provide support to maintenance, quality, continuous improvement and other teams. * Support all customer and system audits. * Manage teams involved in DoE (Design of Experiments) and process digitalization projects. * Support SFMS activities, mainly problem-solving, data analysis, and supplier interfacing. ## Qualifications * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering. * Strong knowledge of Excel and Power BI tools. * Knowledge of Quality tools (A3, 8D, DoE, etc.) for problem-solving approaches. * Proficiency in spoken and written English. * Strong organizational and methodological skills. * Proactive mindset in data analysis and problem solving. ## Additional Information Ready to take your career to the next level?
