Must Have
Experience leading cross-functional projects, Experience managing large programs, Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or other STEM field, 3+ years of industrial engineer, operations engineer, manufacturing engineer, or project engineer in a manufacturing environment experience
Nice to Have
Knowledge of AutoCAD at intermediate level, Knowledge of VBA at intermediate level, Knowledge of SQL at intermediate level, Experience working with and managing third party vendors, Experience with Six Sigma, Experience with lean manufacturing, Experience using advanced simulation modeling tools

We are constantly innovating in the ways we are automating and accelerating the delivery of products and packages which includes building custom hardware and applying robotics, autonomy, supply chain optimization, machine learning, manipulation, image processing, and real-time data processing using distributed systems. Sub Same Day (SSD) Engineering is looking for a Process Engineer with a strong delivery record and proven project management experience to own strategic and tactical, cross-functional operations and technology projects associated with (SSD) facilities. As a Process Engineer for Amazon, you will work with some of the most talented engineers in the design, development, and delivery of physical distribution systems around the globe. You will lead initiatives and complex cross-functional projects or programs that focus on the building of new, the alteration of existing, and the closing of end-of-life material handling and technology systems. As a working leader, you are able to take the lead on the implementation and delivery of large system designs and advanced technology in ambiguous and complex problem spaces. You integrate systems for safety, security, stability, and efficiency. You participate in the full system development life cycle, working within broadly defined parameters, including test plan execution and solution quality needs. You must be responsive, flexible, and able to succeed within an open collaborative environment.
