Must Have
Bachelor’s degree in manufacturing engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field., Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, quality control, and Lean principles., analytical skills and attention to detail., Excellent communication and teamwork abilities., Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with engineering software tools (e. g. , CAD, data analysis software).
Nice to Have
Internship or relevant coursework experience in manufacturing engineering is preferred but not required.
What You'll Do.
Assist in the analysis and optimization of manufacturing processes to enhance efficiency

Provide support to production teams by troubleshooting equipment issues and recommending solutions to improve operational performance.
Help create and maintain process documentation
including standard operating procedures (SOPs)
Collect and analyze production data to identify trends
and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Assist in training production personnel on new processes
and best practices to ensure consistent adherence to quality standards.
