The role focuses on monitoring process variables, driving improvements, leading investigations, and enhancing plant operations, efficiency, and product quality within your assigned area. Key activities in the role are: * Secure capital investment by developing and updating production upgrade and cost reduction plans. * Improve smelter efficiency through standard methodologies and daily management practices. * Support production growth and technical improvements through process problem-solving and plant trials. **About you** To play a part in our ongoing success we are seeking someone with: * Tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering (or related discipline); similar engineering backgrounds considered. * Process plant experience. * Strong communication skills across all business levels. * Ability to develop and maintain effective process management systems. * Strong commitment to environmental, health, and safety standards.
