What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related technical discipline, 3+ years of experience in process development, manufacturing support, or chemical production environments, Experience working in laboratory, pilot plant, or manufacturing settings, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Knowledge of analytical methodologies and statistical analysis principles, Unrestricted right to work for Huntsman in the United States
Nice to Have
Experience within chemical manufacturing, advanced materials, adhesives, polymers, or epoxy chemistry, Experience supporting commercialization, scale-up, or New Product Introduction (NPI), Knowledge of Process Safety Management (PSM) practices including MOC or PHA participation, Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or structured problem-solving methodologies, Experience with DOE, SPC, or statistical data analysis, Project coordination or project leadership experience

Support and promote safe work practices
Participate in Process Safety Management activities
Maintain accurate technical documentation
Support safe scale-up and implementation of new products
Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities
Support Manufacturing with process improvement initiatives
Support product and process requalification activities
Support capital projects
equipment modifications
and commissioning activities
and optimizing adhesives
Support continuous improvement initiatives
Support technical reporting activities
Collaborate cross-functionally with teams
Provide technical support to personnel
Maintain laboratory inventory and material tracking processes
Build working relationships with Production operators
Serve as a technical resource
Partner with global Process Development colleagues
Provide technical guidance to Quality Control laboratory personnel
Engage with manufacturing operations
Support troubleshooting
and process optimization activities
