What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or comparable qualification with a strong, proven background in Business Process Management (BPM) within enterprise IT environments, Deep methodological knowledge in process modeling and optimization (e.g., BPMN 2.0, Lean IT, ITIL), Practical experience with enterprise process modeling tools, Capable of translating highly technical IAM and Workplace concepts into clear, business-facing process flows and vice versa, Excellent analytical, communication, and moderation skills to drive process alignment workshops with diverse stakeholders (IT and Business), Fluent in Romanian and English, German language skills
Nice to Have
Hands-on experience with ARIS is highly desirable
What You'll Do.
and continuously optimize End-to-End (E2E) and detailed operational processes across the entire Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Digital Workplace (DW) lifecycle
Translate conceptual architectural blueprints into executable
and measurable workflows
Act as the crucial interface to key business functions
particularly Human Resources (HR)
to ensure critical lifecycle events (Joiner
Leaver) are perfectly synchronized with IT provisioning and de-provisioning
Identify process gaps and systemic bottlenecks within the current "AS IS" environment and design target "TO BE" processes that align with Airbus Commercial IT Infrastructure standards
Establish process governance and documentation standards to ensure operational transparency and audit readiness at all times

Collaborate seamlessly with our IT Solution Architects; Drive process alignment workshops with diverse stakeholders (IT and Business)
Communication Scope
Excellent communication skills; Translate highly technical IAM and Workplace concepts into clear, business-facing process flows and vice versa; Communicate with local ASA business units
