Since 2009 Evonik Industries AG has been certified as a family-friendly company by the German Hertie Foundation. **Click on the link to learn more about Evonik from our employees:** **** **RESPONSIBILITIES** * Provide daily troubleshooting, maintenance, and technical support for plant process control systems. * Ensure control system functionality and batch recipes support production, campaign changeovers, and equipment modifications. * Design, implement, and maintain control system safety requirements based on process safety assessments. * Manage control system lifecycle activities, including patch management, backups, antivirus, spare parts, and preventive maintenance. * Lead process control and system-related activities for capital projects from design through implementation. * Develop and implement control system modifications to support new products and process improvements. * Identify and execute process control enhancements to improve manufacturing performance, consistency, and compliance. * Provide technical expertise in process control, instrumentation, software development, batch control standards, validation, and data management systems. * Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Safety, Health, and Security (ESHS) policies, procedures, and training requirements. * Promote a strong safety culture by identifying hazards, reporting incidents, participating in ESHS
