What They're Looking For.
Must Have
At least a bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field, Minimum of three years of relevant experience, Solid subject-matter expertise in Inventory Accounting, Good understanding of end‑to‑end inventory and reporting processes, Hands‑on experience with SAP, particularly MM (Materials Management) modules related to inventory processes, Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Polish

What You'll Do.
Ensure quality and compliance with UPM internal controls
and legal requirements in accounting and reporting
Provide expertise and guidance on complex accounting
and reporting matters to stakeholders and service providers
Oversee the performance of the outsourcing partner in Inventory Accounting processes
ensuring reporting accuracy and operational efficiency
Contribute actively to the continuous improvement of end‑to‑end Inventory Accounting processes
Participate in audits by providing subject‑matter expertise and support
Contribute to projects and process development initiatives that enhance quality and effectiveness
and support the implementation and adoption of new solutions
Take on additional responsibilities and projects as assigned by the Manager
