What You'll Do.
Provide support to primary process areas
Resolve recurring issues
Follow process data daily
Follow process data weekly
Identify recurring patterns
Perform root cause analysis
Provide support for equipment upgrades
Provide support for equipment improvements
Provide remote repair direction
Provide off hours support
Provide feedback to TSAs
Provide training to TSAs
Provide guidance to TSAs
Generate procedural documents
Improve existing documentation
