Synopsis Responsible for Training delivery within the Aircraft Dispatch, Load Control and Loadmaster community including initial and refresher. Preparing and updating of training material while maintaining valid training records for audit purposes. Accountabilities * Preparation of Training Material specific to Aircraft Dispatch and Load Control. Provide support to the Loadmaster Trainer. * Delivery of Manual Load Control and Aircraft Dispatch functional training to the relevant teams. * Maintenance of training records for audit and compliance purposes. * Scheduling of recurrent training prior to expiry dates. * Liaising and maintaining a strong relationship with outside stakeholders regarding system access and logging of training records. * Researching and providing feedback to line manager on potential gaps in training. * Identification of new areas of the business which require training to be prepared and delivered. * Completion of mandatory assessments on Aircraft Dispatchers, ensuring they meet the required standard for handling aircraft alone safely. * Preparation of performance reports on Aircraft Dispatchers for review by their applicable line manager. * Assisting Dispatch Duty Managers / Load Control Supervisors in preparing development plans for identified Aircraft Dispatchers / Load Planners. * Report identified hazards and occurrences and escalate risks to appropriate management, as applicable. ## Qualifications Education & Experience * High School level or degree preferably related to aviation or business. * Aircraft Dispatch SME experience would be advantageous. * Minimum of 10 years of experience in a ground handling or a related role within the aviation industry. ## Additional Information Etihad Airways is more than the UAE’s national airline - we’re shaping the future of global aviation.
