Must Have
Degree in Chemistry with hands-on experience in process development, fine chemical, pharmaceutical, or agrochemical manufacturing, Skilled across a wide range of practical techniques - including air/moisture sensitive chemistry, distillations, crystallisations, and in-process monitoring, theoretical grounding in organic and physical-organic chemistry, Ability to risk-assess your own work and develop creative, evidence-based solutions, Clear communicator with a track record of influencing peers and senior stakeholders
Nice to Have
PhD in Chemistry, experience with process scale-up, HPLC/GC method development, statistical analysis tools
