What They're Looking For.
Must Have
bachelor's degree with any years of experience, Associate's degree with 4 years of relevant experience, high school diploma (or equivalent) and 6 years of relevant experience, DCS, Emerson DeltaV, Allen-Bradley PLC, OSI PI products, biotechnology manufacturing or laboratory environment, execute against Standard Operating Procedures, document entries in a compliant manner, work as a team member in a matrix development team, analytical and computer skills, maintain a safe work environment, permanent work authorization in the United States
Nice to Have
Biological Pilot Plant or Commercial Manufacturing setting, automation networks such as Ethernet, DH+, Control Net, relational database such as SQL, Oracle, facility/equipment commissioning and qualification, common AI tools, generative technologies such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, responsible AI practices, risk management, ethical use

Support operation and troubleshooting
Support on automation systems
Provide on the floor operational support
Support qualification of new equipment
Support maintenance department
Provide equipment process & maintenance history review
Support investigations
