Must Have
Work flexible schedule/shift/work area, Work 40 hours/week, Experience in team leadership, Excellent written and verbal communication, Interpersonal skills to coach, train, assist, Experience working with computers, Experience with Microsoft Office
Nice to Have
Leadership experience directly managing others, Experience in manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail, Experience with performance metrics, Experience with lean process improvement
What You'll Do.
Support and work in Pick and other departments
Help support daily management of department duties
Provide coverage for Area Managers
Provide policy follow-up
Track and report ATS/labor hours
Assist the floor as an associate resource
Verify SOP compliance
Ensure successful area performance
Track associate performance
Report associate performance
Provide feedback on associate performance
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Understand daily production goals
Assist in keeping work area clean
Assist in keeping work area organised
Identify safety hazards
Address safety hazards
Coach associates to work safely
Refer job injuries to area manager
