One of the most critical roles is that of a Process Associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Job Deliverables: 1. Administrative management of associates 2. Job allocation to associates 3, Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. 4. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates Key job responsibilities 1. Access Management : New hire login creation and permission management for new and existing resources 2. Shift Coverage : Support Provide shift-level coverage for training operations and administrative support 3. Training Progress Reporting : Track and report training progress across assigned sites Basic Qualifications: - 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience - 1+ years of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) experience - high school diploma or equivalent - High school or equivalent - Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays - Can lift up to 49 pounds, stand/walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours, and be able to freq
