The processes at the FCs are largely manual involving large numbers of associates. One of the most critical roles is that of a Process Associates who mentor/guide the associates towards ensuring meeting the customer expectation by following our standard work practice keeping safety & quality in mind. Job Deliverables: 1. Administrative management of associates 2. Job allocation to associates 3, Monitoring and mentoring of associates on productivity, quality and safety. 4. Preparing and implementing training and development plans for associates We have a 5-day work week but given the 7 days a week operation, the 2 scheduled days off will vary based on shift patterns and business needs. As a frontline leader, to understand the ground reality, you will be expected to work with and help associates, which may occasionally include safely lifting heavier items and shipments with required support. Work requires the leader to go where value is being created in the operations which involve walking and standing. Key job responsibilities 1. Access Management : New hire login creation and permission management for new and existing resources 2. Shift Coverage : Support Provide shift-level coverage for training operations and administrative support 3. Training Progress Reporting
