What You'll Do.
Support Inbound and other departments
Support daily management of department duties
Provide coverage for Area Managers
Provide policy follow-up
Track ATS/labor hours
Report ATS/labor hours
Assist floor as associate resource
Verify SOP compliance
Ensure successful area performance
Track associate performance
Report associate performance
Provide associate performance feedback
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Understand daily production goals
Keep work area organised
Identify safety hazards
Address safety hazards
Coach associates to work safely
Refer job injuries to area manager
