What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Flexible schedule/shift/work area, Experience using computers and Microsoft Office, Experience leading teams, Availability to work 38 hours+/week, Overtime as required, Excellent written and verbal communication, Interpersonal skills to coach, train, and assist team members
Nice to Have
Experience within a distribution center, Logistics experience, Manufacturing environment experience, Leadership experience directly managing others, Experience with performance metrics, Lean process improvement experience
What You'll Do.
Support and work in Inbound and other departments
Help support daily management of department duties
Provide coverage for Area Managers
Provide policy follow-up
Track and report ATS/labor hours
Assist the floor as an associate resource
Verify SOP compliance
Ensure successful area performance
Track associate performance
Report associate performance
Provide feedback of associate performance
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Understand daily production goals
Assist in keeping work area clean
Assist in keeping work area organised
Identify safety hazards within the work area
Address safety hazards within the work area
Coach associates to work safely
Refer all job injuries to area manager
