Investigate quality issues network-wide
Develop countermeasures for quality issues
Deploy countermeasures to FCs
Analyze product receiving errors
Define resolution milestones
Coordinate with supply chain teams
Coordinate with purchasing teams
Coordinate with transportation teams
Coordinate with system development teams
Manage preparation for sales events
Create recovery plans for sales events
Confirm equipment and tool readiness
Communicate sales preparation guidelines
Lead necessary support for sales preparation
Review new tool designs
Adjust and modify new tool designs
Build standard operating procedures
Train FCs on new tool usage
Audit new tool effectiveness
Issue pick instructions
