What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Lift up to 49 pounds, Stand/walk during shifts, Push, pull, squat, bend, reach, Previous experience leading teams, Experience in manufacturing/distribution/warehousing/large retail, Experience working with computers, Experience with Microsoft Office, Availability to work 38 hours+/week, Overtime as required
Nice to Have
Leadership experience directly managing others, Comfortable lifting up to 16 kilos, Stand/walk for up to 10-12 hours, Experience with performance metrics, Experience with lean process improvement
What You'll Do.
Track and report labor hours
Assist with production duties
Verify SOP compliance
Ensure area performance through metrics
Assess associate work performance
Provide feedback to associates
Participate in Operational Excellence initiatives
Maintain understanding of workflow
Maintain understanding of daily production goals
Ensure work areas clean
Ensure work areas properly equipped
Identify safety hazards
Address safety hazards
Participate in safety initiatives
Coach associates on safety
Report job injuries timely
Provide leave coverage for Shift Managers
