It unites us, inspires us, and challenges us to be better every day, driven by our agile, performance-focused culture. **About the role:** In this role, you will support the Oversight & Process Strategy Director in shaping and strengthening the QPPV Oversight Model as well as driving process excellence across Consumer Safety. You will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining robust oversight frameworks, while contributing to the development of the Product Safety Governance Framework and supporting the activities of the QPPV Office. This position requires a strategic mindset combined with the ability to translate governance requirements into effective, end-to-end processes. ## **Key Responsibilities:** * Drive strategy for Consumer Safety processes, including identifying risks and gaps and implementing mitigation and continuous improvement initiatives. * Collaborate with Process Owners and Subject Matter Experts to develop efficient, end-to-end processes aligned with governance requirements. * Provide strategic support to regulatory intelligence activities within the GVP environment. * Represent the organization in trade associations and benchmarking initiatives to influence regulatory bodies. *
