Full Job Description
Today, Lonza is a global leader in life sciences operating across five continents. While we work in science, there’s no magic formula to how we do it. Our greatest scientific solution is dedicated people working together, devising ideas that help businesses help people. In exchange, we let our people own their careers. Their ideas, big and small, genuinely improve the world — and that’s the kind of work we want to be part of. The actual location of this role is in Visp. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates and their families, if needed. **About the Role** Within the Process Analytics & Data Intelligence (PADI) team, embedded directly within Operations and Process Development, we work at the intersection of process understanding, operational performance, process improvement, and data intelligence. This role combines: * Process analytics * Operational intelligence * Process improvement * Data analysis * Foundational data workflows * GMP operational support * Advanced process monitoring **What You Will Do** * Build trusted, analytics-ready datasets by integrating, contextualizing, and structuring operational data from systems such as PI, MES, ELN, instrument platforms, and manufacturing data sources. * Work closely with mammalian manufacturing and process teams to understand how operational data is generated, used, and interpreted within real manufacturing and GMP workflows. * Analyze process trends, v
