Proven track record of delivering multiple projects within strict deadlines., Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment., Knowledge in project management tools (e. g. , JIRA, Trello, Asana) and data visualization platforms (e. g. , Looker Studio, Power BI)., Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)., organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks and manage resources effectively., Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely., Experience with Process analysis, Optimization and processes improvement or process automation.
Nice to Have
Demonstrated ability to lead and develop a team, including performance management, coaching, and mentoring., Experience in stakeholder management and conflict resolution., Experience in project management
What You'll Do.
Lead a squad of Process Analysts through the technical implementation process
Ensure projects are executed on schedule
ensuring timely delivery while monitoring key metrics such as on-time delivery
and overall project quality.
Conduct regular check-ins with project teams to address questions on map structure
Manage end-to-end coordination with stakeholders
resolving issues that may affect delivery
ensuring deadlines are met
and providing weekly status updates.
Act as a resource for colleagues throughout the project lifecycle by offering tactical guidance and coaching on best practices
and mapping techniques.

Coordinate with Quality Assurance team members pending tasks
Facilitate weekly planning and sync meetings for your team
and establishing deadlines.
Contribute to building foundational processes and guardrails for the PA team’s operations.

including role-specific exercises and interview questions.
Participate in the hiring process.
Conduct performance reviews
provide actionable feedback
and address performance gaps or celebrate successes.
Conduct regular 1: 1 meeting to support team members' growth and resolve challenges.
