Process Technicians must have the ability to recognize abnormal conditions and apply structured problem-solving to troubleshoot issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while adhering to established procedures. Ideal candidates are comfortable working with data, dashboards, and computer-based systems and are capable of extracting, analyzing, and interpreting trends and clearly communicating insights.
