What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Associate Degree or higher, Experience with Salesforce / CRM software, Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
What You'll Do.
Execute the PRO Services Blueprint
Support the PRO desk in-store
Identify PROs in our Store
Maintain extensive product knowledge
Train Store Team on selling process
Educate PRO customers on business
Sign up for PRO Premier Rewards
Demonstrate PRO APP benefits
Promote PRO Credit Solutions
Coordinate PRO Customers in-store activities
Collaborate in store initiatives
Make effective presentations
Interact effectively at all levels
Work in fast-paced environment
Travel to customer job sites
Perform additional duties
