What They're Looking For.
Must Have
1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Associate Degree or higher, Experience with Salesforce / CRM software, Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area

Execute PRO Services Blueprint
Support PRO desk in-store
Identify PROs in store
Maintain product knowledge
Train Store Team on selling process
Educate PRO customers
Expand PRO customer participation
Offer PRO Premier Rewards Program
Demonstrate PRO APP benefits
Promote PRO Credit Solutions
Coordinate PRO customer activities
Collaborate in store initiatives
Make program presentations
Assist with customer job sites
