What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Associate Degree or higher, Experience with Salesforce / CRM software, Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area

Escalations management
Identify PROs in store
Maintain product knowledge
Support selling process
Educate PRO customers
Expand PRO participation
Offer PRO Premier Rewards
Demonstrate PRO APP benefits
Promote PRO Credit Solutions
Promote PRO Premier Credit Card
Coordinate PRO Customer activities
Collaborate store initiatives
Make program presentations
Make benefit presentations
Work in fast-paced environment
Travel to customer job sites
Travel to PRO job sites
Present F&D capabilities
Perform additional functions
