What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School diploma or equivalent, 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation, written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Associate Degree or higher, Experience with Salesforce / CRM software, Bilingual in Spanish or the most dominant language in the Store trade-area
What You'll Do.
Execute PRO Services Blueprint
Support PRO desk in-store
Manage PRO customer orders
Follow-up on PRO orders
Provide PRO customer support
Handle PRO customer escalations
Identify PROs in store
Maintain knowledge about Floor & Decor products
Train Store Team on selling process
Educate PRO customers on PRO business
Expand PRO customer participation
Offer PRO Premier Rewards Program
Assist PROs to sign up for PRO Premier Rewards Program
Demonstrate benefits of PRO APP
Promote PRO Credit Solutions
Coordinate PRO Customers in-store activities
Collaborate in store initiatives
Make effective program presentations
Make effective benefit presentations
Travel to customer job sites
Travel to PRO job sites
Present F&D capabilities
Perform additional functions as necessary
