What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High school diploma or equivalent, 1 year in retail or wholesale contractor sales, service, supply and/or professional installation, Written and verbal communication skills
Nice to Have
Associate Degree or higher, Experience with Salesforce / CRM software, Bilingual in Spanish

Execute PRO Services Blueprint
Support PRO desk in-store
Identify PROs in store
Maintain product knowledge
Educate PRO customers
Expand PRO participation
Offer PRO Premier Rewards
Demonstrate PRO APP benefits
Promote PRO Credit Solutions
Coordinate PRO customer activities
Collaborate in store initiatives
Make program presentations
Work in fast-paced environment
Travel to customer job sites
Perform additional functions
